Low-income Latino immigrants eligible to achieve immigration status that allow them to work or achieve citizenship.
Why do we help?
Immigrants, and in particular, Latino immigrants, are increasingly afraid of leaving their communities and reaching out for support. Our Latino Outreach and Immigration Services (LOIS) provides trusted legal services where Latino immigrants live in their native language.
How do we help?
Thanks to funding from PEW Charitable Trusts, HIAS Pennsylvania provides immigration legal assistance at Puentes de Salud in South Philadelphia and ACLAMO in Montgomery County. This assistance encompasses all of our Legal Services.
Need help with an immigration matter?
An immigration specialist is available at ACLAMO (512 West Marshall St., Norristown, PA 19401) the first and third Wednesday of the month starting at 9am. To schedule an appointment call ACLAMO at 610-277-2570.
An immigration specialist is also available at Puentes de Salud (1700 South St., Philadelphia, PA 19146) the second Wednesday of every second month, 6pm-9pm. Attend with or without an appointment. Call Puentes de Salud at 215-454-8000.
