HIAS PA Asylum Law Training Part 4 – An Immigration Judge’s Perspective

On December 9, from 12PM-1:30PM, HIAS Pennsylvania will host a presentation by retired Immigration Judge Charles M. Honeyman.

Judge Honeyman served as an Immigration Judge in both New York and Philadelphia from 1995 until 2020. He will opine on how to effectively advocate for asylum clients who are in removal proceedings both through written pleadings and during hearings before the Executive Office of Immigration Review.

This program will provide 1.5 CLE credits.
