How to Access our Services

To access our services, you can call us or submit an inquiry using our online forms. Before doing this, please see our eligibility criteria to determine if you qualify for our services.

If you qualify for services, please phone HIAS Pennsylvania. When you call you will be asked to leave your name, phone number, preferred language and a brief explanation of the matter for which you are seeking assistance. We attempt to return calls within approximately two business days. Due to demand for services, however, it often takes longer.

Please be sure to leave a number where our staff can reach you during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. Your call will be returned by staff in the appropriate language, if available. We will try to call you back two times. If we are unable to reach you the second time you will need to call us back.
