The community-based organizations that are part of the Refugee Education Collaborative are hosting a presentation on the rights of English Learners in the School District of Philadelphia and across the state.
The session will be held on Tuesday, February 18th from 12:00PM-2:00PM at HIAS Pennsylvania in Room 200. A light lunch will be served.
