P-CAN and Indochinese American Council will host a Citizenship class at the Tacony Library in Northeast Philadelphia. A required Information/Enrollment Session for this class will be held on the first day of class: Saturday, February 22nd at 10am at 6742 Torresdale Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19135. The class will be held on Saturdays from 10am – 2pm and class begins February 22nd.

All P-CAN classes are free. Students must have a Green Card and speak basic English in order to enroll. Please bring your Green Card to the first day of class.
