In the News: Philadelphia joins SAFE Network

HIAS Pennsylvania has helped lead to charge to provide lawyers for detained immigrants in deportation proceedings in Philadelphia.  Philadelphia has now joined the SAFE Network to start a pilot program that will hopefully grow to provide all immigrants in detention with lawyers.
