Tiana C. Belton, MBA, SHRM-SCP, PHR, is the Human Resources and DEI Manager at HIAS Pennsylvania. In this role, Tiana will serve as the strategic HR and DEI resource for HIAS PA team members and leaders. Tiana has a broad base of knowledge and experience in all areas of Human Resources including HR Operations, Employee Relations, Coaching & Development, as well as Performance Management.
