Raisa Davidovich

Raisa Davidovich has been employed by HIAS Pennsylvania since 1997. Born and raised in Moldova, Raisa graduated from the University of Foreign Languages in Pyatigorsk, Russia, with a degree in teaching. Later, she earned a degree in patent searching. With the help of HIAS Pennsylvania, she came to the United States as a refugee. In her current position, she represents clients at naturalization and adjustment-of-status interviews before USCIS, and she teaches ESL and citizenship- preparation classes for different ethnic groups. She was accredited by the Bureau of Immigration Appeals in May 2000 and she is fluent in Russian.
