Naomi Iser, Esq.

Naomi Iser, Esq. is an Immigrant Youth Advocacy Initiative Staff Attorney at HIAS Pennsylvania. Naomi represents unaccompanied children in removal proceedings by pursuing humanitarian forms of relief such as Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and asylum. Naomi represents her clients before USCIS and the Immigration Court. Before joining HIAS Pennsylvania, Naomi clerked for the Honorable Judge Jennifer Di Toro of the District of Columbia Superior Court and served as a fellow with the Chicago Legal Advocacy for Incarcerated Mothers project at Cabrini Green Legal Aid. Naomi received her J.D. cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017.
