Marlee McCadden, Esq.

Marlee McCadden joined HIAS PA as an Asylum and Removal Defense Staff Attorney in 2022. In this role, Marlee represents adults in removal proceedings in Philadelphia Immigration Court. Marlee received her Juris Doctorate from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. While in law school, she represented clients in the Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic and served as the President of the Immigration Law Society. Marlee received a B.A. in Psychology with minors in Spanish and Deaf Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Marlee is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
