Lina Ruth Duiker is a Staff Attorney at HIAS Pennsylvania. She provides direct representation to immigrants residing in Philadelphia, PA before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service and the Immigration Court. Lina graduated Summa Cum Laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2022 where she was a Rubin Presser Social Justice Fellow. She coordinates the Congreso IMPACT Clinic in partnership with Duane Morris LLP.
