Erin O’Brien, Esq.

Erin O’Brien is an Immigrant Youth Advocacy Staff Attorney at HIAS Pennsylvania. She joined HIAS Pennsylvania in August 2022 as a Legal Advocate with the Immigrant Youth Advocacy Program. Erin provides direct representation to unaccompanied children seeking asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status before USCIS and the Immigration Court. Erin received her J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2022. While in law school, Erin was a student in the Federal Litigation and Appeals Clinic, where she represented clients seeking asylum and other forms of relief with USCIS and the Immigration Court. Erin was an associate editor of Drexel Law Review. Erin received her B.A from Providence College in 2018.
