An Chu has been serving as the Accounting and Fiscal Manager for HIAS PA since 2022.
Prior to joining HIAS PA, An was a Fiscal Director for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Clinic in South Philadelphia for 11 years. An received her Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance at the Academy of Finance in Vietnam, and received her Master’s degree in Accounting from Wilmington University.
