Yvonne Leung joined HIAS Pennsylvania in August 2018. She immigrated from Hong Kong and speaks Cantonese. She received her BA in Psychology from UC San Diego. Prior to working at HIAS Pennsylvania she was an AARS drug & alcohol counseling, LCFS foster care social worker, and CalSAC conference coordinator.
