Emily Miles, Esq.

Emily is an Immigration Staff Attorney & Independence Foundation Fellow at HIAS Pennsylvania. She joined the team in September 2023 after spending two years as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Board of Immigration Appeals. Emily received her J.D. from Drexel University’s Thomas R. Kline School of Law in 2021 and her B.A. degree from Northeastern University in 2014.
