The national HIAS, Inc.’s fourth annual Refugee Shabbat is occurring on March 4-5 this year!
Join us to celebrate and lift up the vibrant, growing, global Jewish movement acting in solidarity with refugees, asylum seekers, and the forcibly displaced.

There are many moments when we, as individuals and communities, grapple with the pain and devastation in our world. Refugee Shabbat is a moment to focus on the good: on the strength of the Jewish movement for refugees; on the changes we help bring about when we engage in advocacy and direct service; and on what we can learn together locally, nationally, internationally, and globally.
It is important to have such moments to focus on what we have accomplished and to renew our energy for all that we must still do. Please join us as we take stock, and look ahead.
