Advocacy Family Picnic!
On Wednesday, August 3rd, at 5:30PM, join HIAS Pennsylvania and Temple Beth Zion-Beth Israel (BZBI) for an advocacy family picnic in Washington Square Park!
Bring your whole family (kids ages 8 & up – younger siblings are welcome! – along with parents, grandparents, and caregivers) to learn how to welcome your immigrant and refugee friends and neighbors!
Join us in the park for a fun, interactive, family-friendly evening to learn about immigration and refugees and how you can help. We’ll answer all of your questions about immigration and write postcards to our elected representatives and the White House.
Bring your picnic blanket and your friends, and we’ll provide light snacks!
It’s never too early to learn that we all have the power to make a difference.
Together, we can all spread kindness and friendship throughout the world!
