Haitian Asylum Know Your Rights Information Session

Are you a Haitian Citizen in deportation proceedings and want to learn more about the immigration process? Do you work with Haitian nationals who are in deportation proceedings? If so, please join us on Friday, April 1st, from 1PM to 3PM on Facebook Live and spread the word about an upcoming information session. We will cover various topics including:
- Removal proceedings
- How to change the location of your hearing
- How asylum works in the United States
- Temporary protected status (TPS) for Haitians, and
- Eligibility for asylum and TPS
Please note that this is an information session only and we will not be able to answer case specific questions nor are we offering any individual representation through this information session.
