Stephanie Laurancy

Stephanie is the Haitian Immigrant Relief Program Case Manager at HIAS PA. In this role, Stephanie coordinates providing social services to Haitian immigrants, ensuring that their needs and goals are being met and supported. Stephanie has earned a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Political Science, with a focus on Latin American politics, at Widener University.

Stephanie has also conducted research on emigration and immigration and is familiar with servicing non-US natives through her internship at International Student Services (ISS) at Widener University. In addition, Stephanie has assisted Haitian immigrants in the Philadelphia community with translation services, document preparation, and service coordination. Stephanie’s professional career involves case management at Blessings Support Coordination, and she founded LaFortune Branding, a branding and creative direction agency in Philadelphia.

To her role, Stephanie brings her past experience in supporting immigrants, compassion for service and her invested interest in the Haitian community as a proud daughter of Haitian immigrants. Stephanie is excited to be able to serve her community in this capacity.
