As a Refugee and Immigrant Case Manager with HIAS Pennsylvania, Bestman Judue links refugees with community resources to enable them acculturate and lead healthy lives. He immigrated to the US as a refugee from Liberia, West Africa- where he often volunteered over the years to help address postwar and post Ebola issues. Prior to working with HIAS Pennsylvania, he worked as WASH Focal Point/Advisor to the Minister of Public Works, Republic of Liberia, and a Volunteer School Principal (pre-k to 9th).
He holds a BS in Human Services from Springfield College, MS in Administration of Human Services from Wilmington University, and have worked in various roles (i.e. Clinician, Behavior Health Worker, Program Supervisor, Therapeutic Support Staff, etc.) providing mental health services to consumers in the home, school, and community settings in Pennsylvania. Organizations worked for include Devereux PA Adult Services, Devereux BHRS, WES Health Systems, Staffing Plus Inc., etc.
