Maggie Niebler

Maggie Niebler primarily represents detained and non-detained immigrant children in immigration court and before the Department of Homeland Security. She is a 2005 graduate of Rutgers University School of Law – Camden. She was an Independence Fellow and organized the Children and Women Immigrant and Refugee Legal Services (CWIRLS) project at HIAS Pennsylvania. CWIRLS provided outreach and immigration representation to abused immigrant children and domestic violence survivors in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. Maggie is also the chair of the Immigrant Youth Subcommittee of PICC.
