Lisa Hurlbutt

Lisa Hurlbutt assists domestic violence, sexual assault and trafficking survivors in immigration matters. She started working at HIAS Pennsylvania in 2006 as an Independence Public Interest Fellow. In 2009-2010, Ms. Hurlbutt was an adjunct lecturer with the University of Pennsylvania Law School Transnational Legal Clinic. A graduate of Boston College Law School, she clerked for the Hon. Phyllis Beck, now retired as a Senior Judge on the Pennsylvania Superior Court. She is a member of the advisory board for the Latina Domestic Violence Program at Congreso de Latinos Unidos.
