Pennsylvania HIAS Indigent Immigrant Legal Services (PHIILS)

PHIILS provides civil legal services to immigrant youth, survivors of interpersonal violence and other vulnerable immigrants who are at or below 187.5% of the poverty level. Priority will be given to referrals from non-profit providers with whom PHIILS has formal partnerships.

If, after consultation, it is determined that the client is eligible for immigration relief, the case will be accepted for representation, either directly by PHIILS staff, HIAS PA staff or through one of our cooperating pro bono attorneys.

Intake for PHIILS will be done through the HIAS Pennsylvania main intake line at 215-832-0900. Call today to make an appointment.
