CLE Program on Immigration Remedies for Victims of Domestic Abuse

Staff Attorney, Lisa Hurlbutt will be in State College, PA next week, speaking at the CLE Program on Immigration Remedies for Victims of Domestic Abuse, co-sponsored by Penn State Law’s Center for Immigrants’ Rights and the Centre County Women’s Resource Center’s Civil Legal Representation Project.

The program will include the “nuts and bolts” of the U visa, T visa and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) protections and also a discussion about how the policy and politics affect the scope of these protections.  Lisa will be joined by:
